Astrology takes in to account the place and time specific of a persons birth to guide them through their lives. In certain spots around the world there are underground lakes in seismic free areas to monitor radiation from supernovas many light years away. I theorise that the new human being formed in the liquid environment of the mother's womb is being effected by these stellar radiations until the moment of their birth when other factors take over.
